Zendesk

RunLLM can help automate the process of answering tickets on Zendesk by autogenerating draft responses to tickets or by summarizing existing conversations. The RunLLM app provides a chat interface that lives in the ticket sidebar of your Zendesk console. When you open a new ticket, you can use RunLLM to brainstorm solutions, generate draft answers, and refine contents before sending a response to your customer.

To install the RunLLM Zendesk app:

  1. Go to the RunLLM app on the Zendesk marketplace.
  2. Click "Install" and authorize RunLLM to be installed on your Zendesk workspace.
  3. In the application configuration, enter the following fields:
    • Assistant ID: This can be found in the URL of your assistant details page, which is of the form: https://app.runllm.com/assistant/<ID>
    • API key: This can be found on the RunLLM admin console. Hover over your name in the bottom left corner of the app to see and copy your API key.
    • Server address: Enter https://api.runllm.com.
    • **Leave the "Developer API Key" field blank.

That's it! You should now see RunLLM in the ticket sidebar and be able to use it to answer customer questions more efficiently and effectively.
