Zendesk
RunLLM can help automate the process of answering tickets on Zendesk by autogenerating draft responses to tickets or by summarizing existing conversations. The RunLLM app provides a chat interface that lives in the ticket sidebar of your Zendesk console. When you open a new ticket, you can use RunLLM to brainstorm solutions, generate draft answers, and refine contents before sending a response to your customer.
To install the RunLLM Zendesk app:
- Go to the RunLLM app on the Zendesk marketplace.
- Click "Install" and authorize RunLLM to be installed on your Zendesk workspace.
- In the application configuration, enter the following fields:
- Assistant ID: This can be found in the URL of your assistant details page, which is of the form:
https://app.runllm.com/assistant/<ID>
- API key: This can be found on the RunLLM admin console. Hover over your name in the bottom left corner of the app to see and copy your API key.
- Server address: Enter
https://api.runllm.com
. - **Leave the "Developer API Key" field blank.
- Assistant ID: This can be found in the URL of your assistant details page, which is of the form:
That's it! You should now see RunLLM in the ticket sidebar and be able to use it to answer customer questions more efficiently and effectively.
