Ingest knowledge base articles and support cases from Salesforce Service Cloud to enrich RunLLM's understanding of your customer-facing content.

| Case history | Number of days of case history to fetch. Enter 0 to skip case history. |
Once you hit Save, you will be redirected to the Salesforce app installation page. Grant RunLLM the necessary permissions; this requires admin access.
