Jira tickets
Ingest issues from Jira to provide RunLLM with context on bugs, tasks, and engineering work. Supports both Atlassian Cloud and on-premises instances.
For Atlassian Cloud:

| Jira domain name | The subdomain of your Jira workspace. Enter only the prefix, without http:// or .atlassian.net (e.g., for acme.atlassian.net, enter acme). |
For on-premises / Data Center:

| On-Prem Base URL | The full base URL of your Jira instance (e.g., https://jira.mycompany.com). |
| Personal Access Token | A Jira PAT for your on-prem instance. Uses Bearer authentication. |
Optional parameters

| Projects | A list of Jira project keys to ingest issues from. If left empty, all accessible projects are ingested. |
For Atlassian Cloud, once you hit Save, you will be redirected to the Jira app installation page. Select the right Jira site and install the RunLLM app; this requires admin permissions.
